Good quality, I got it for my friend as a gift and she really liked it. The infuser is a bit hard to clean but can also be detached for other cups too. Everything is detachable. Arrived around 15 days after I ordered it.

It can be used safely on a microwave and only water heats, the white parts don't heat up as much as the water and you can pick it up without burning your hands.
